Monthly subscriptions:
  • If you request to cancel your subscription within 24 hours of purchase.
Annual subscriptions:
  • If you request to cancel your subscription within 72 hours of purchase.
If you are located within the EU or UK, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

The fastest way to request a refund is through our self-serve portal:
  1. Navigate to the Subscription page.
  2. Click Invoices and Payment Methods (or Cancel or Manage Plan) to open the billing portal.
  3. Click Cancel plan.
  4. If you are eligible for a refund, you will see an option to End subscription immediately and receive a refund. Select this option to process your refund automatically.
If you do not see this option or prefer to contact us directly, please reach out to our team at team@julius.ai or via the support widget on the website. Please include the following information in your request:
  • Your full name
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Your receipt number
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Confirmation that your request is for data analysis services
Our team will review and process your refund request as quickly as possible. We evaluate and determine eligibility for a refund on a case-by-case basis, and reserve the right to deny refunds if usage violates our Terms of Service.

Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed through the original mode of payment. If you made your purchase with a credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Credits

Credits granted through a subscription or the Free plan have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. All credits are non-refundable, whether they come from a paid subscription, the Free plan, or a promotional grant, except where required by applicable law. Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another account. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over. If your subscription is set to cancel, you can continue using your credits until the end of the current billing period, after which any remaining credits are forfeited. If a payment is reversed through a chargeback or dispute, credits associated with that payment will be revoked. If we determine that you have breached our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to expire your plan and forfeit any remaining credits at our discretion.
