Admins can enable Single Sign On in the Team Settings menu. Watch this 2-minute walkthrough or follo0w the step-by-step instructions below:

Go to Team Settings

First, navigate to the Team Settings page

Generate SSO Link

Under Enable SSO, click Generate SSO Link. This will generate a link that you, or your IT administrator will need to complete the setup process.

Set up SSO

Navigate to the link generated in the previous step. In the bottom right corner click Get Started

Configure your SSO connection

Click on Single Sign-On to proceed to the Single Sign-On set-up.

Choose your identity provider

Choose the identity provider you plan to integrate with Julius AI to access step-by-step instructions for SSO configuration.

Complete SSO Setup

Complete the setup following the respective identity provider’s instructions.
We’ve added direct links to each provider’s documentation to help you fill out any unfamiliar fields.

Complete domain Configuration

Verify your domain to automatically route users to your identity provider based on their email address.After adding the required DNS records to your domain provider:
  1. Return to this page and click “Reverify Domain”
  2. The verification status will update once the DNS records are detected
  3. DNS propagation typically takes 24-48 hours
Tip: If verification fails immediately, wait a few hours and try again as DNS changes can take time to propagate.
